Because they're still trying convince themselves that his legacy is still intact. Regardless if you think a block was there or not the California commission found enough evidence while doing lab testing to suspend Margarito and ban Capetillo from being in a corner or a locker room ANYWHERE with ANYONE in the United States. They don't give out those bans for nothing and if you were truly innocent you would try to reverse or fight that considering boxing is Capetillos life.

There very well could have been in insert. I'm damn near positive it wasn't plaster. Boxing is a sport. If he had plaster in it and was using it with the intent of hurting his opponent seriously why wouldn't he have been criminally charged too? Why don't they have pics of it..........anywhere?
