Froch is the IBF's world champion and Abraham is the WBO's world champion.

Not hating, I rate Ward as the sport's best. However, if a fighter wants to be undisputed champion he has to hold all four belts. If Ward wants to pursue it, that's up to him. Until then, he isn't the undisputed champion at 168.

Yes, Ward would have to hold all 4 belts to officially be described in boxing terms as the "undisputed" champ..... but not to be regarded as the true Champion as 168.

Ward is the man, no question about that.

Trouble is those ****ty WBF and IBU(??) belts will be next in this undisputed milarky. Noone cares about them today much as noone cared about the WBO bwelt in the 90s, but that might change in 15 years time just as WBO now has some clout - WBF might convince everyone that they are worth something by then, and then all these lineal champs will need to go get yet another belt before being undisputed. Its a joke, you might need to make five or six defences just to unify every sanctioning body's titles one day. Whose to know what cruddy organisation is going to get invented in the near future to add to that list.
