some people are in denial still lol... i thought pacquiao's dumbest fans would go away by now. some are still lingering outside floyd's home trying to figure out which window to break.

There has been only one round of negotiations and Pacquiao walked away from those negotiations because he was scared of being caught using PEDs. Some of you are either scared of the truth, or just to dumb to separate the truth from what you want to believe.
pac's bitchmade 10 million for every pound could've been a roadblock as well but, may didn't make it one.

pacquiao huffed and puffed so bad about an offensive drug test that his promoter is now trying to get marquez tested.

Floyd failed to make contracted weight for his previous fight. Demand was valid. Show me where Pac tested positive for ped's for floyds out of the blue demand to hold any merit.

Evidently Pacquiao didn't want the fight bad enough then right? You said it yourself, if you want something bad enough you do everything to get it. Pacquiao has not done everything in his power to get the Mayweather fight so obviously he doesn't want it bad enough. Glad you've finally gotten that through that skull of yours.

Floyd competed in 40 pro fights and when it was time to face Pac, floyd spoke of him like he was kryptonite!

Floyd: "how does a guy like Pac go from ordinary to extrordinary!".

Floyd Sr: "I fear for my sons life if he fights that man!".

If u think there was ony 1 round of negotiations then u just started watching boxing less than a year ago. Even the former CEO of HBO sports went on the record after the 2nd round to say "you're going to have to ask Floyd why negotiations fell apart!"
Evidently the point flew over your head. The point was that the testing was only a roadblock because Pacquiao made it one. The more stringent testing itself is not the reason that the fight didn't happen back in '09 when everything else had been agreed upon. Pacquiao saying no to the testing is the reason that the fight didn't happen. Why you would blame Mayweather for asking for the testing instead of blaming Pacquiao for refusing to submit to the testing is quite telling. How can you as a fan give a fighter who walks away from the biggest fight of his career because he doesn't want to submit to random drug testing a pass? You sound like an idiot. Mayweather not asking any of his opponents to submit to stringent testing before negotiating with Pacquiao back in '09 is irrelevant. Who cares why he did it? The fact is that PED use in boxing is a real issue/concern, which makes his request completely legitimate. If Pacquiao wasn't cheating then he should've simply taken the test and made the fight. He gets no pass for turning the fight down because of a drug testing request. Obviously he had something to hide.

You think that there have been more than 1 round of negotiations because you aren't too bright and easily manipulated. You'll believe anything that anyone says as long as you want to believe it.

The standard drug testing is lax smart guy. That means that a fighter can use PEDs and not get caught by the current drug testing system that the commissions use. Just because Pacquiao has never failed a test does not mean that he has not used PEDs. What part of that is too complicated for you to comprehend?

this is around the time when bob was going around telling everybody that floyd was an "amateur" for negotiating through the media, right? ironic because he was the one openly doing what he's accusing mayweather of. everybody was on their side at the time. it looked like they wanted the fight, their doors were wide open, and there was even a countdown clock LOL. little did we know 'bout dem excuses. i don't think we need to ask floyd why he wouldn't continue negotiating with excuse makers... i think even greenburg knew that much.

On July 26, 2010, Ross Greenburg said in a statement that he has been negotiating with a representative from each side since May 2, 2010, carefully trying to put the fight together and he did in fact act as a go-between in negotiations with the two sides, but they were unable to come to an agreement, contradicting what Arum and the Pacquiao camp had said. Floyd Mayweather, Jr., after the second negotiation had been officially declared off, told the Associated Press that he had fought sixty days ago and that he was not interested in rushing into anything and was not really thinking about boxing at the moment. Almost a year later, on July 8, 2011, Manny Pacquiao's top adviser Michael Koncz confirmed that Pacquiao had in fact never agreed to testing up until fight day, which contradicted what Bob Arum and the Pacquiao camp had been saying for well over a year.

The pathetic part is that now Pac has taken all of those excuses back and is now willing to take testing. Thanks for the stalling Manny.

Imo, this is proof that some form of karma exists. I couldn't have wrote a better script for how this played out if I tried. Pacquiao being put to sleep by somebody expected of using PEDs is poetic justice.

Manny asked for overweight penalties for Oscar and Cotto too actually

Pacquiao didn't say I want 100%PPV. He didn't say I want Golden Girls to disappear first and all those silly little roadblocks like Pacquiao is not allowed to train in his country; OST spies as suggested by Floyd Sr. So clear that whatever Pac bows down to, Floyd will come up with another excuse not to fight. Like I said, had Pac agreed to the $40 million offer, I'm absolutely convinced that Floyd would come up with another roadblock. That's how terrified he is of facing the Pacman.

                    Happy new year man.

Now do I have to define what "everything" means to you? According to your logic, Pacquiao should have simply agreed to everything that Mayweather said if he really wanted the fight. Again, that's what you said.

Happy New Year to you too.
