Chad just doesnt know boxing as much as Ward! And if Ward stopped him with one punch in the 1st round, then you can say he won because of the weight! But they boxed for several rounds, and Chad couldnt land anything, no matter how fast he was! Chad got outboxed, and exposed for not knowing how to fight on the inside!
Chad was on the downhill going into the Ward fight. Keep in mind he barley beat a 47 year old boxer, and he has went through seven different trainers. It's not that Dawson can't fight on the inside, it's just that Scully had the wrong gameplan to fight Ward. Chad has made a lot of ****** decisions in his career and fighting Ward at 168 was one of them, he lost before he got into the ring.

I agree on just about everything you say! He has made allot of mistakes, but he wasnt drained! I felt he shouldnt have dropped weight, but after seeing the fight, it made no difference! To me, drained is when your tired, flailing, sloppy, breathing hard, and you get stopped with a one punch KO in the first round! That didnt happen! They had a boxing lesson, and Chad wasnt good enough to land! Once in a while Chad got dropped, and I felt the weight made his jaw weak, but other than that, Ward figured him out and mismatched him like it was easy basically!

Ward can talk all he wants, I'm pretty sure that right now neither Kessler nor Froch care about Ward.

If they make Froch vs Kessler II they're going to make over 2 mill each one, while Ward is not going to make that much fighting Pavlik.

He was always low output, but it was pathetic even by his standards. I understand Ward is very hard to hit, but you're not gonna hit him if you throw a dozen a round

Besides lionheart Dirrell, who is avoiding Ward at 168?

Miranda went to his backyard to fight him.
Kessler went to his backyard to fight him.
Green went to his backyard to fight him.
Bika went to his backyard to fight him.
Abraham went to California to fight him.
Froch went to the US to fight him.
Dawson went to his backyard to fight him.
Pavlik is going to California to fight him.

Again, who is avoiding Andre Ward?

The answer is no one, the only thing being avoided is Ward leaving the comforts of home.

Just to add, I'm a fan of the fighter and probably would have him at p4p #1 but he created this perception and only he can remedy it.

Yea but I just want people to call fights correctly! Are they actually calling what they see, or are they just looking for more ways to hate on Ward? Chad had a glass jaw cuz of the weight, but he wasnt drained, tired, slow, out of shape! He looked awesome, fast, he is just a one-tracked fighter who Ward figured out! At 75, the same thing will happen.

This argument was valid early in his career, but he's the kingpin now. He fights where he pleases.

In fairness, he showed all the signs of being drained.

After getting caught with the left hook, he didn't recover all fight. He looked gassed for the final 7-8 rounds, didn't try to throw punches, had no punch resistance...that;s what drained fighters look like. Ward looked great no doubt, but Chad being drained played a big part of the overall fight IMO.

He didn't look awesome at all. His punching output was pathetic, the guy was throwing around 10-13 punches per round which is absolutely terrible, I think he was trying to compete with David Haye to see who throws less punches in a single fight.
