Óscar by far. DLH fought everybody during his years as a fighter, win or lose he challenged every top fighter from 135 to 160 (he also was a belt holder at 130 for a short time) Floyd is well known for protecting his "0" on his record.

So, Oscar's resume is not only better than Floyd's but one of the very best in boxing history.

oscar easy, he had the better opposition and the guy fought everyone, maybe passed over margarito to fight pacquiao, but it does make economic sense

Oscar has big names on his record but lost all the big ones
Not hating on him just saying
As far as avoiding fighters,he wanted no part of Forrest,Margarito and even used his wife's nationality to rule out a fight with Cotto
Like Mayweather and Pacquiao they all fought who was put in front of them until the big money came their way and it was more about business than sport

loses doesn't count on resumes you wouldn't put past failures on your resume now would you?

So losing is a good thing? Mayweather should go fight Wladimir and get knocked out. By this criteria, he'll be the GOAT.

So wait......a ton of people on here say Floyd is for sure 100% an ATG, and the majority have him in the Top 50 All-Time. As well as a ton of people saying De La Hoya isn't quite an ATG, but a sure fire 100% HOF fighter.

But now we have people saying Oscar has a better resume.....

Oscar has wins over Molina, Ruelas, Genaro, Leija, J.C. Chavez, Gonzalez, Whitaker, Quartey, Carr, Gatti, Vargas, and Sturm. He arguably lost to the Sturm, Whitaker, and Quartey fights.

He also arguably won the Trinidad and Mosley fights though.

Floyd has wins over Genaro, Manfredy, Corrales, Chavez, C. Hernandez, Castillo, Gatti, Judah, Baldomir, De La Hoya, Hatton, Marquez, Mosley, Ortiz, and Cotto. He arguably lost a fight to Castillo though, but convincingly won the rematch.

Oscar's best fights and potential wins were controversial losses or controversial wins. And if Oscar gets credit for beating a past prime-still good Chavez, then Floyd gets credit for his wins over De La Hoya and Cotto at 154, as well as Mosley at 147.

                  I think Floyd does.
