            What? Explain.

Im looking through the 2009 cards right now and its not even comparable honestly apart from a few. 2008 was def a better year in terms of fights that happened. None are comparable to 2012 imo.

Also in those years people were actually thinking MMA would takeover, after 2012 they know Boxing is king and they have a long ass way to beat Boxing. It's competitive in the states but globally, aside from Brazil/Canada, Boxing is king.

Pactards worst year ever. Pac losing a UD to Bradley, then getting KTFO by a blown up 40 year old lightweight in the same year.

And NO, I'm not a Flomo. Fuck Floyd and Pacquiao! That's what they get for "building" the fight. Just how it happened with Juanma and Gamboa...mega fight down the drain, nobody cares anymore.

It was a mad year, that's for sure. So many ups and downs, 2012 was one of the craziest years i can remember in Boxing.

So many sad losses of true greats of the sport, so many upsets, so many great fights, so many cancelled fights, loads of controversy. All in all a mad year of Boxing.

It wasn't that great, imo. Even the great fights just seemed unskilled like Rios/Alvardo and Berto/Guerrero. Pac/Marquez 4 was enjoyable and the rise of Broner is interesting but it seemed like the actual fighters that are skilled and just don't go in there throwing looping punches are getting old and exiting the sport. The talent seems to be diminishing imo.

There's always a ****** who tries to make it into a Pacquiao vs Mayweather thread.

But yes this year was great, amazing fights, upsets, and big events. I feel out of the 4 major PPV's I got my moneys worth from 3 of them. Great year. Can't wait to see what 2013 brings. Boxing will NEVER die.

Was gonna say this. Did this year really have that many skilled fights? What fighters really took a step forward? Did we honestly get any of the fights really wanted? No, no, and no. This year hasn't been good at all. Pac losing was cool though but even that was expected and took a lot away from the win.
