For the two years Floyd was retired he was still the number one talked about fighter in the sport,
Manny however, what's next? Nobody really cares.

Is there anyone you actually want to see Manny fight again? What's out there for him? Simple answer, nothing.

He was beaten by Bradley, what would a rematch prove? Even if Manny was robbed.

A rematch with Marquez? We've seen it four times already, no thanks?

Or a fight with the great one? We all know Floyd would destroy him, real boxing fans have known this for years, only deluded pacquiao fans thought different and even they are accepting it now.

All in all, Manny please retire you've had your time. Boxing doesn't need you.

Well it's true that Manny has beaten everyone willing to fight him, so in that sense there is nothing left for him to prove.

However, after the entertainment provided by his last bout, the appetite for Pacquiao-Marquez V is certainly there.

Right after his devastating loss to Marquez last Saturday, many of Pacquiao's critics say, giant advertisers like Nike and HP might pull out their ads as a consequence of his loss to Marquez.
These thoughts were even shared by some of Pacquiao's loyal and passionate fans in the Philippines and across the globe.
But judging from the recent turn of events where Pacquiao was even portrayed by many of the local as well as international media as a "winner" despite of his stunning loss, not one of Pacquiao's endorsement clients talked of pulling out their ads or dropping him as an endorser of their products.
This could be due to the fact that Pacquiao took his loss with dignity by admitting he indeed lost as he refrained from putting the blame on someone else.
