I remember when so many said Pacquiao must be on steriods because he walked through the hard punches of bigger men. Now his chin is worse than Judah's chin. They both fought Cotto and Pacquiao sure took Cotto's bombs better than Judah. Judah does not have a glass jaw but his chin is below average for world class fighters and once he gets hurt his recovery is poor. Look how many times Judah has been down and how many times he has been stopped. Pacquiao ran into the Marquez bomb without seeing it. I have no doubt that hit with that same punch the same way Judah would have been out cold too. You have your mind made up that Judah has a better chin than Pacquiao and nothing I say will change it but I think Pacquiao takes a punch to the jaw better than Judah.

who says Zab has a weak chin?
only Kostya clocked him hard, and that's no embarrassment
it's not his chin, it's his stamina that fails him
if someone stays on him past 4 or 5, Zab just cuts off
took Cotto a lot of punches to stop him
Floyd and Clottey couldn't quite put him down, Lucas couldn't stop him
Zab's chin is ok, but he cracks under pressure

Thats it. His defense is poor, its always been poor. Plus his mind is weak..if he dont get to his opponent with in the 1st 6 rds..he fades.

Rofl... based on what? Pacquiao being out cold? That shot Marquez threw would've knocked anyone in his division at the very least out cold including Zab. Zab has a good chin, but not better than Pac's.

The punch Pacquiao got taken out with would had taken ANYONE out, I don't care what anyone says. So why would you say Pacquiao's chin has changed? Same could be said about Paul Williams, the punch Martinez hit him with would've taken ANYONE out as well.

Like someone said, Zab doesnt have a glass chin but it's not great either. He got taken out by a punch while pedaling.

Glass chins to me = Ronald Hearns. People of that sort, who get taken out with one punch and cant get back up. People like Khan and them, I like to call weak chins or low punch resistance. They get dropped, they get hurt but are able to get back up.

                  well, you should,

pacquiao has been an aggressive fighter who has taken punches in victory and defeat for years now.

at his best he had a great chin. a great one.

being knocked out at the tail end of your career doesn't relegate you to having a poor chin. pacquiao's chin is much better than judah's. pacquaio is a much smaller guy and he took hard punches very well at his WW run.

now, that said, judah's chin probably gets underrated. he's got a decent chin. his problem is that he can be soft mentally. after a few rounds early in his career he'd begin to slow markedly and think safety first. he was a front runner.

How can you have a ATG chin when you suffer flash KD's by Jabs?

Pac's chin is exactly like Gamboa's chin and Gamboa will be receiving a brutal KO sometime in his future with his current fight style.

Zab Judah has a pretty good chin, the problem is he has 0 heart and even less brains.

Oh and a prime Kostya wouldve murdered Pac even worse than he ruined Zab. In his last fight Kostya lost to Hatton but was still in the fight on the scorecards despite being shot past his prime but Hatton was too much.

People forget when Kostya fought Zab, Judah was undefeated and the "avoided next big thing" in boxing.
