        Mortal After All....

De La Hoya's words are the continuation of an echo that's been reverberating since Manny was KO'd so hard, they could have preformed major surgery on him and he wouldn't have flinched. The fight game is mental, it just so happens it displays itself in physical brinkmanship. The winning fighter exists in a perpetual state of absolute belief. If that belief is stripped away what you're left with is a shambles of a career because each subsequent encounter almost guarantees a brutal physical violation.

Manny Pacquiao has been broken as a fighter, his aura has been erased and what we're left with is always what we had, a man. And in the rarefied air of Manny Pacquiao one cannot exist simply as a man.

That JMM KO does nothing to Pacquiao Psychologically .

          He's been kayoed cold before.

What he needs to address is to rehabilitate from his many new addiction like playing Pastor, Congressman and a TV Show star which he does simultaneously with his boxing activities.

He better just retire if he cant dedicate himself 100% to boxing.

Manny will never be the same again. His unstoppable aura is gone. Fighters won't respect him the same way they did before. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets put to sleep again, especially if he fights Marquez.

ODLH is correct, a devastating KO will haunt you forever just as being photographed in heels and girls panties will.

marquez seems not interested in fighting manny ever again tho..and wheter you admit it or not , part of marquez victory was due to luck and memo heredia..it is what it is...

LOL, if you really think that was a lucky punch, you dont know boxing. More like perfectly timed, not lucky. Your guessing at Memo. Manny is just as much a suspect as Marquez.

The part that will linger on Pac's mind is Memo, not the punch

                    • hahaha a lot of people commenting that pacman cannot go on....bec of his lost to marquez... i think they are OA, pacman is very willing to fight marquez but marquez is insinuating that his wife wants him to retire....hahaha! is that a reason of showing cowardice?
