He doesn't committ to many of the punches he throws, he doesn't follow up after he hurts someone, he's way too defensive minded, and he doesn't throw many power shots.
I mean even if you have average power but throw power shots to break down your opponent you will get him out of there on an accumulation of punishment.
Winky feels perfectly fine fighting for the full 36minutes and doesn't look for a knockout instead he fights a boxing match as if knockouts don't exist for him.

he doesnt fully commit on his punches, he goes for contact

because he is a defensive fighter. he doesn't over committ to a punch to leave himself open for a beating unless he's 110% sure he can do major damage and come away unscathed...VERY SMART!
