I think it depends on the competition which Ward has available to him. He needs to beat some HOF and some ATG if he can. No way will he have 5 loses like Manny though.

To me, Ward is the better fighter, it's just a question of whether he'll get to prove himslef against good enough competition.

Winning meaningless titles in different weight classes is over rated.

If he gets world titles in 8 different weight divisions, he will be equal to Manny Pacquiao. If he gets world titles in 9 different weight divisions, he will be better than Pacquiao.
