Perhaps there is confusion here. You are discussing negotiations #1. I'm discussing all negotiations that they had. About a year ago Floyd's team agreed that drugs are no longer an issue ... but we found out that the new issue was money.

Still, Larry didn't bring up all that. So not sure why you are even bringing it up. ........ in ALL negotiations, Manny was willing to go beyond what was required by the commissions. So for this discussion, it doesn't matter what the particulars were just that Manny was OK with going beyond what the current rules stated.

Those were all myths that you Floyd fans made up and you strung them together and made them appear to be facts. Arum never said what you said.

In an interview, Arum said we will need to find out what the doctors says about the cut. You Floyd fans turned that into Arum said no fight.

Manny's official website stated that he was ready to give into drug testing and even the date if Floyd was OK with sharing the revenue. While Arum wanted a a bigger stadium so it would bring in more money, he also conceded that but told Floyd to get his own guarantees for his money. So for you guys, Arum wanting to generate more money was bad, Floyd saying "I want all PPV money" was good .... lol!


The point in all this was that Manny from day one agreed to do more than what was stated by the commissions and even here today, you guys making a big fuss and twisting words and can't even agree to that just because it shoots down what the TS said initially!

You are sorely mistaken. I'm talking about the negotiations in TOTALITY. AGAIN, the MOST conciliatory offer put forth by Floyd was a 50-50 split along with a 2 week cutoff for the testing. MANNY DID NOT AGREE WITH THIS OFFER. TO REPEAT, MANNY DIDN'T AGREE WITH THIS OFFER!

Yes, Floyd has been stubbornly steadfast on the issue of purse split, but again he was willing to compromise on that as well with that offer I described above. AGAIN, MANNY DIDN'T TAKE IT!

The devil is in the details. Conte has gone on record stating that substances such as EPO cycle out of the body within a MERE 3 DAYS! FULL, RANDOM testing has a better chance of preventing usage of such substances than commission testing or testing WITH CUTOFF DATES.

Yeah I also remember Fat Dan ask Arum if they where going to pursue a fight with Mayweather and he simply said that "they weren't really interested". So which lie do you want to believe the one where he tells you what you want to hear in the interview or the one where Fat Dan simply asked him about the Mayweather fight and he said they are not interested?
