Khan versus Lopez Gets Khan KO'd Again!

Khan needs to go fight a Bradley or Berto or a smaller, lead with your chin Brandon Rios. Khan needs to stay away from a Lopez, or Danny Garcia, or a Marcos Maidana who can knock him out.

O_O what why??? Stay the **** away from that khan. Great fight, but bad fight for Khan, a guy with a chin, good power, nd timing, long nd rangy with looping punches that khan always gets hit with. Khan hasn't had enough time with virgil to stick to a game plan for 12rds yet. Even Molina was catching khan with the same shots garcia did

For all Khan criticisms surrounding his chin, you can't knock the guys heart and fearlessness, apart from Molina he has gradually improved his competition, it is a dangerous fight but we will see how it goes.

I agree with Nelson, that Khans problems aren't his chin, it just that he gets caught flush way too often. You;d thought he would improve after 7 years as a pro, but his defence is still amateurish

Not trying to rip on Khan here, I kind of like him, he is a tough kid and likes to mix it up in the ring. I also don't mind him taking some easier fights before getting back in the ring with Garcia or other top competition. However, we won't know if the new trainer/style is working for him until he fights one of those top guys, Amir would have easily beaten Molina last night if Roach was in his corner too. I don't think Lopez is a dangerous fight either, sure he took out Ortiz but I think he would easily beat him. You can't just be a heavy puncher to beat Khan, you also need to be a good boxer, have a good chin, or be a relentless come forward fighter. Khan under Roach would beat 99 % of the competition out there, its that 1 percent, probably less that pose a problem for him, and we will have to wait and see how the new training comes into play against one of those opponents.

Good fight that Khan should win. If he cant beat Josesito than its just not meant to be.

This is quite a difficult fight for khan, lopez can punch hard,he broke ortiz's, hen him and khan exchange it can be interesting, plus lopez is khans size and will go after him,i think its a 50/50 fight

what happened to Jessie Vargas? Remember when Vargas and Lopez fought and Vargas got the nod but it could have gone either way? I thought they were going to try building him up.
