This is odd. Bradley wants a better opponent but Arum simply won't supply one

        Why not Bradley-Rios?

Because Bradley would beat Rios and ruin Arum's potential cash cow, another Mayweather-Cotto scenario that takes us back to 2004/2005.

What the **** is wrong with TR. No one wants to see a Bradley/Peterson rematch. Hopefully Bradley sticks to his guns. There are so many better options out there. They are just mostly with GB.

Losing to Bradley wouldn't automatically make Rios incapable of putting on entertaining fights again. Very flawed reasoning. Arum's thought-process pisses me off.

Pac/Marquez/Rios/Zaveck/Provodnikov/Alvarado, just not Peterson again. It's not like the first fight was awful, but the rematch seems so unnecessary. Not to mention that Peterson has been inactive and hasn't fought at 147. Bradley is probably gonna have to move back down to 140.

This is part of the reason Mayweather wanted out. Mayweather, at one point, was willing to fight at a catchweight in order to get the big money one division below. But Arum didn't want to ruin his money makers in Morales and Barrera. Those would've been mismatches though. Anyway, those things, coupled with Arum trying to short-change him at 147 ended things quickly. Hopefully Bradley gets a Rios. Im still holding out hope for a Marquez fight.

Who said anything about a Rios loss making him incapable of putting in entertaining fights? Again Rios loss would put spanner work in Arum potential cash cow and arum would protect his business side of things by not making this fight, The same way he kept Cotto away from Mayweather, the same way he kept Juanma away from Gamboa and the same way he would not put Rigo in a fight with Nonito.
