Both Pacquaio and Floyd's careers prior to stardom becoming underrated.

Both these great fighters took on anyone and everyone and they had great runs prior to them becoming PPV Attractions.

I think their careers before the whole super stardom thing is becoming more and more underrated. People forget just how exciting Pacquaio was, people forget just how courageous and tough Floyd was. Maybe it would have been better for the 'hard core' fans if neither one became stars.

Catch Weights is what made Manny , he would not fight those guys at their healthy weight thats a fact , what the hell is a win when you got to handicap your opponent before your willing to fight them , combat sport is the last sports that should have handicaps , thats such a fake ass move !

Are you drunk? The thread was to illustrate both Manny and Floyd's careers are under rated PRIOR to them becoming superstars, and you bring up fights after.

Get off the hate wagon. I don't like either one but to say Pacquaio is a fraud like you are doing is pretty much declaring you; some random poster knows more than
the likes of boxing trainers, writers, and hall of fame fighters. All those guys admit Pac's great and Floyd's great. Leave the hate. I was simply illustrating some people are forgetting all their achievements PRIOR TO Oscar.

Both great fighters with great resumes but after fighting Oscar it became more business than boxing
You don't get to their position in the sport that easy

Both wouldent be shit without Oscar De La Hoya being a real fighter. If Oscar had a mayweather mentality he would have never fought Mayweather or Pacquaio. Simple. Both them owe their stardom and million dollar paychecks to Oscar De La Hoya's Balls.

I mean seriously name current active fighters who have resumes better than theirs prior to fighting Oscar. Name current active fighters who achieved what they did by the age of 21. If their resumes are so trash then what does that say about todays up n coming fighters?

Very very true, but that's what you get with new fans who only follow the sport for 3/4 years.
