there are still question marks on how he'd do verses a true ww ....the cotto fight was never fought at the ww limit, bradley's a career jww, jmm is a 40 yr old lw, clottey is a loser, mosley was shot to **** when pac fought him....despite all of this, pac has looked like utter crap in most of these fights...for someone who rides on floyd for his ww run you give pac a huge pass.

SRL waited 2 years to fight Hearns and fought duran while the Hearns fight gained more heat, steam, whatever you want to call it. But that is ok so long as he fought him. Now floyd does something similiar and its a huge problem. GTFO!!

I fail to see the corellation between Leonard twice fighting a prime Duran whilst building a fight with a rival who was also just getting started, ripping up trees as he went, and Floyd at the end of his career coming back with the specific aim of taking on his biggest threat and rival not only in the ring but as a superstar and waiting five years until the guy was seriously on the decline and still not fighting him.

Did Floyd refuse to fight Cotto when he was considered to be the world's number 1 WW at a catch wieght only to turn around and fight him when he was no longer considered a threat and a legitimate opponent? It's not the same thing. Furhtermore, Floyd moved up to fight Cotto. Manny should have fought Shane back in '09, which would have made a lot more sense than fighting Cotto. Manny doesn't fight everybody the only difference is he fights more than Floyd. It's not about how much you fight, it's about who you fight and when you fight them. Take your blinders off.

This is what baffles me. The only differences between Manny and Floyd is that Manny fights more, while Floyd fights guys in a better state. If Floyd had did what Manny has done since '08 that amount of criticism he'd be recieving would be through the roof.
