Clearly you are more intent on talking than reading so i'll post it again..Cotto drained Margarito by bringing him to a max weight of 153 which was a catch weight..cotto fought both clottey and some other kid at 147, he had to do a weigh in at 145 which means he had to go 2 pounds lower than normal....that's a long piss session 145 and 147 are not that much of a difference. 160 to 145 yes 147 to 145 is not and I'm a life long Cotto fan saying this. Oscar asked to fight pacquaio at whatever weight would get him the pay day..Manny nor Arum are on record asking for that fight..it was Oscar cashing out..blame Oscar for that one. Oscar wanted to headline the event, picked where it was held, when it was held, and even the sponsors so he conceeded 4 pounds total..that's a weight drain? In what galaxy? Margarito had just fought at 154 and could come in at whatever weight he wanted on fight night unlike what cotto did of forcing a 160 pound limit on fight night. Margarito also conceeded 4 pounds and I will be the first to say that Pacquaio has not been the same after feeling margarito's punches even though he gave us Cotto fans justice for the hand wraps. I'll also openly say Cotto is only at 154 now because he's too lazy to make 147 and won't work for it anymore, plus 147 fighters are too fast and 154 guys are too big and strong..he's at a catch 22. Oscar fought Floyd at 154 weighing in at 160 plus on fight night..he fought pacquaio at 150 and weighed in at 160 plus on fight night...what's the issue again? 4 pounds? Manny didn't even make 150 for that fight. I'm not here talking about his role overall in boxing i'm just here debating your points because the criticism holds zero merit. What's good for one guy to do is bad for the other now? I'm showing you exactly how wrong you are with the double standards.
