No, his resume is a joke. He's an expert at cherry picking "names" to make himself look unbeatable. These guys are always either too old, too small, or overrated like Hatton.

Ortiz was the only mildly serious fight he took since Castillo in 2003.

            I would put

            ward #1
            sergio #2
donaire #3 (despite his recent lackluster opposition you can't deny his talent)
            Floyd #4
            Bradley #5
Rigondeaux #6 (will be #1 when he knocks out donaire)

Bradley doesn't belong on that list Marquez should be ahead of Ward

Mayweather has the established body of work to stay at #1 for the time being, but Ward is nipping at his heels. Problem for Ward is, there's nobody for the poor guy to fight he hasn't already beat! Maybe George Groves will prove to be decent, or Golovkin will come up in weight and he'll get some real competition. Or if he goes the Bernard Hopkins route and just fights any top contenders at SMW who come along regardless of what each individual fight means for a legacy, then he'll probably overtake Mayweather soon.
Donaire is probably sitting at #3 right now and if he moves up to featherweight and beats someone like Salido or Gamboa, I think you have to put him at #1. Closely following Donaire is Marquez right now and Pacman has slipped from #2 to #5. I put Sergio at #6 cause he was a little disappointing in the Chavez Jr. fight. Wlad takes #7, Bradley takes #8, Vitali and Abner Mares take #s 9 + 10.
