why is that ko su****ious? that punch landed with all of this weight,when was the last time pac took a great punch from someone who wasn't weight drained? cotto was drained as was Oscar and margarito,clottey himself said he was too big for that weight so just fought for the money,he hardly threw punches so many was never hit cleanly by a fighter not weightdrained until tonight,that wasn't just a glancing blow,that was thrown with all of this body behind it,i'm not surprised,people are just haters,thats it,besides marquez already said he'll take the tests,heredia said they can test marquez for blood,urine and fecal test and he doesn't care because they will find nothing

The punch isn't su****ious - the fact that Marquez got buff as hell between fights when he's like 40 is su****ious. I really could care less about the PED issue in sports, but let's be real - he's probably doing more than drinking piss. I don't think it made the difference. As clean as that punch was, it had probably twice the amount of force to get the job done.

JMM barely wobble him in 3 fights yet drops and stops him in this one. Either Manny cant take the punches anymore or JMM and his work with the balco coach is paying off. The difference in this fight was Pac never saw those punches coming. The first KD Pac braced himself for a bodyshot but Marquez took it upstairs and floored him. On the KO Pac walked right into a power straight right. Even if Paulie Malignaggi threw that punch it would of been lights out for Pac.

Marquez has 40 KOs in 55 fights - he ALWAYS had power, and this time he was properly conditioned for a 147 fight, look what happens, even though he came in at 143.

When he fought Mayweather, Marquez was nowhere near as ready to fight at 147, most of his additional weight was fat. He had fought Diaz before in the same year at 135 and then he moved up to 147 to fight Floyd. Big jump up and poor conditioning that time around. But this time he got it right.
