Oh...and why the hell is Taylor offering a guy who already has a fight on the horizon, coming off an injury...when he can fight his undisputed mandatory and universally recognized #2 P4P, a guy who is willing and ready. Taylor-Wright should be next.

apparently you dont know much about the situation. taylor wanted to fight a legit contender in his hometown before wright and then take wright in the summer. dont try to blame taylor because sturm is afraid and unconfident in his abilities to beat taylor.

think about it though...if sturm is confident in his abilites he would take this fight. he knows he probably wont be able to take enough rounds of taylor to get the decision, but theres only so much biased judging you can pull off. if sturm wins the fight in a clear fashion, he gets the victory

i know sturm isn't as confident as he should be, but think about it: he's fighting the top 2 middleweight (who just fought 24 rounds with B hop), who is hbo's pride and joy, and in his own hometown. if the fight is remotely close (a decision) then taylor will probably win..they even took away the belts from the longest middle champ ever. I think it's a smart business move, but a ****** move for your pride.
