Any recent news on Andrew Golota?

Golota said he'd retire if he lost to Brewster, which he did via an embarassing knockout in round 1. After that he had a fight set up with Saleta on the Rahman-Barrett card, but it never happened. I'm pretty sure it was supposed to, so he didn't retire, so what is he doing now?

Man, Golota is the biggest heavyweight failure of all time. I'm not saying he's the worst heavyweight cuz he's obviously not, but he's the only man to fight for the WBC, WBA, IBF, and WBO titles and come up without a title to his resume. That's embarrassing.

Embarassing if you haven't seen the fights. Golota would have beat Bowe both times, and got screwed against Byrd and Ruiz.

Oh yeah, I was watching Byrd-Golota today, and I got it 5 rounds to 1 for Byrd through 6. I don't understand how people thought Golota won that fight. Some of the rounds are VERY close, but if you actually watch it, Byrd has landed all the big punches through 6, stealing rounds in which Golota landed more. Rounds 1 and 2 are clearly Byrd's, and Golota takes a close round 3. Rounds 4, 5, and 6 are VERY close, but Byrd just lands the bigger punches, turning Golota's head this way and that. Golota hits a lot of glove. I'm wondering if Golota is somehow going to win 5 of the next 6 rounds and claim that draw he gets?

I had Golota beating Ruiz by a point despite all the ridiculous calls made in that fight. I thought Ruiz should have only been counted for one knockdown, then his trainer gets ejected for cursing. Man, Ruiz had everything but the kitchen sink thrown at him in that one and he still won the last 4 rounds in impressive style.

Golota was just ****** against Bowe. He had those fights in the bag, even after Bowe dropped him.

Golota, supposedly is getting ANOTHER undeserving title shot against Valuev. Hopefully that doesnt materialize. I know he's your boy, but ****. He lost every single one of his title shots. He should at least have to prove himself again, before getting another shot.

That's insane, I was at that fight, and Stoney deserved to be ejected, he was a loud mouth ******* who was watching his life partner get the **** knocked out of him. Golota destroyed Ruiz, and only lost because of Don Kings attempt to keep Ruiz a champion.
