and dont forget the cut over pacs eye that needed 9 months to heal(per arums son in law the bought and paid for dr) but when they thought floyd was going to jail they wanted his fight date in vegas. a miracle came to be and pacs eye was healed!!!!!! until floyd got a stay of his jail sentence. then the cut made a vicious come back and pac had to step away from any talk of fighting floyd. and i wonder how that out door stadium on the strip is going for ol bob. and lets not forget bob and roach are already saying pac is fighting rios next. so who is ducking who??? imo bob wants to make as much money as he can with pac before he places his golden goose in harms way. there is a reason pac has only fought top rank fighters for the last several years. arum will ruin this like he did with gamboa v juanma. thats arums legacy.

Honestly, there's just one simple question that reporters always would need to put to Pacquiao whenever he talks like this.

That question is: "Manny, does Bob Arum agree with what you're saying? Is he on board with all you're saying you agree with?" and let Pacquiao provide an honest and straight answer, for God's sake.

If Pacquiao answers in the definite positive, then Bob Arum needs to confirm, and if he does, then be asked: "Bob, do you know who to talk to on the Mayweather side, please?"

This will be real progress (no pun.) Things can then be taken from there.
