Ortiz is too high IMO, he only has one win at welter over Berto & coming off two stoppage losses, one to Josesito Lopez.
Mike Jones is a good shout though, was thinking of putting him just inside the top 10 despite Bailey crushing him.

IMO, that dude is overrated as ****. His only KO's came from D level competition and as soon as he steps up, he's taking them to the cards and barely winning.
He looked like crap against Bailey too

This made me want to look at the Ring ratings and they have Senchenko at number 10.... wow... a win against a Hatton who hasn't fought in 3 years coming back from drug and alcohol abuse and 200 pounds was enough to get him back in after getting whooped by Paulie.
