Ranking this division is very difficult because most guys haven't fought each other. However, I know for a fact that Alvarez doesn't have the resume to be ranked at the top 3. Trout, Mayweather, Lara, Cotto, and Molina could all be ranked among the top 5 however.

I put him up there at the top half of the division....

Clearly if Canelo is ranked in the top 2 or 3, maybe 1 now, he should be right behind him.....

      Mayweather I still consider a 147 pounder....

Trout vs Alvarez should be the fight if we really want some clarity as to who is number 1 at 154.....

That's obviously not Cotto's best weight. He always fades late, which is what ultimately led to his downfall in this fight. He started breathing through his mouth at about round 7 or 8. I think Trout had a good showing. There's some things he could definitly work on. I'd like to see him fight a WBA ranked fighter, most of which are undefeated, then go on to fight a ring top 10 guy later next year.

I'd like to see Trout Vs. Canelo, Molina or Lara next.

He needs a big fight next and deserves one.

#1 at 154 because first of all Mayweather is not a True Light Middleweight and Canelo haven't fought any ***in body
