The crowd was silent for most of the fight.
Trout silenced them.
He could have stopped Cotto IMO if he really forced the fight. There were times when Cotto was hurt to the body and backing up and Trout was walking him down but was still being cautious.
Guess he didn't want to risk it.Comment

Cotto lost the fight. he didnt get outclassed though. Was alot of swing rounds. I think he should retire. He had a great career. made more money then everyone in his weight class except mayweather and pac and his career is probably 3rd best in this era behind may and pac again. Good fight thoughComment

i had Trout winning this fight before the fight, i said he was younger, bigger, n more skillful so i had him winning i even said by stoppage i felt like he could of stop him but he won easy

The scorecard were complete horse****. Even Trout said it. But he won the fight CLEARLY. A very solid 115-113.
He made Cotto very frustrate and didn't let Cotto do as much work as he wanted. Very awkward fighter.Comment

Trout won, but I had it closer than the cards and closer than Floyd-Cotto. Floyd beat Cotto 9-3, Trout beat him 8-4/7-5.
Still though, Trout made me a fan tonight. He is the real deal. Canelo-Trout SHOULD HAPPEN.Comment
