Providing Gatti beats Thomas Damgaard this month, do you want to see him get a crack at Hatton?

He did just get outclassed in a title shot, and there are many guys in line in a very rich 140lb division, and it looks like he's set to get another crack at two titles in fighting Hatton.

Granted Hatton wants the fight to tune up, fight on US soil in an exciting fight to create a bigger US fan base,

but do you like this match up and think it's justified that Gatti fights for those titles?

    I'll say yes.

Under the circumstances of the champion looking at it as a tune up, I'd like to see Arturo get one last crack in a fight where he's sure to have someone who will go toe to tow.

Hatton's too young and agressive, and Gatti's been through too many wars to pull it off, but it will sure be a good fight to watch.

I think this is a bit of a pointless fight and Hatton really shouldn't look at it as a tune-up. If Hatton loses then his stock plummets and we miss out on prospective Hatton-Cotto, Hatton-Mayweather, Hatton-Judah, etc. I like Gatti but after the PBF fight I don't think he should get a shot at the titles. This match-up could be a mistake for Hatton.

Hatton has the perfect style to make for a good fight with Gatti IMO.

I dont want to see that fight because I'd be concerned for Gatti. Hatton would be relentless and punish him. Look at the damage Hatton inflicted on Kosta. Hatton belongs in the ring with the likes of Mayweather and Cotto.

Gatti has taken far too much punisment in his career, i don't think he has enough gas in the tank for a fight with Hatton, it would have been a good fight a few years ago though.

It is unoficially official that Hatton's eyeing this match up as his 1st fight in North America, and while I don't think Gatti's a meaningfull fight for him, I understand why he wants the match up.

If you're Gatti, you have one more crack at titles in one of boxing's best divisions against a guy who's coming to brawl with him.

It would be hard for him to want to pass that up.

Gattis already a multi-millionaire and has his senses together. All it takes is one fight to do significant irreversible damage and Hatton is certainly more than capable of inflicting it. I hope Gatti doesnt take the fight. I dont think his managers will let him

From a boxing fan's POV, this would be an exciting fight. I don't think Gatti would win, but man what a brawl it would be while it lasted. I don't think he should take it, though he likely will if it's put in front of him. He would make at least a mil in this fight, likely more than that.

Bad fight for Gatti (in terms of the beating hed take) and a good one for Hatton because Gatti is way past his best.

Gatti would make another pay day however, and itd certainly be an all-time great scrap...at least it has the makings of that.
