No, the more likely scenario is eating good for 5 days, and indulging a bit on the weekends. I myself tend to let loose on Sunday, ordering a Pizza or something.
Ok, u may be right. But i was thinking more along the lines of eating healthy every day, but you can have a small piece of cake every day, as long as its a small piece at the end of a healthy meal.

A small pastry or a piece of cake after dinner will not harm you. as long as your not doing it breakfast, lunch, and supper. your straight.

Of course he doesn't eat junk food or drink soda. This is all just part of the promo. He even makes sure to point out to us that he never watches tapes as if he is above that. I beg to different. I bet he watched enough tape of his opponents to know their weaknesses. You have to the way he always discredits his opponents abilities (I.E. Zab Judah is a front runner, a 5 round fighter. Delahoya gets tired after 7 rounds. Gatti is too slow, flat footed etc,. etc,. )
Umm, no. That was actually from 2011.

And you were wrong the first time you made your thread about Floyd lying about his diet, and you're still wrong. you're way too much in to it.

Actually I made a couple of posts in the lounge of what I could eat. Here's one.

Last year, I was eating two big macs, an angus, 20 piece of chicken mcnuggets, fries, every single day for 5 months, I wasn't working out, I wasn't watching my diet. It's just when I like something, I like to eat in very large quan****** of it.

Point is, I stayed the same weight throughout these 5 months.
I have no where near as good genes as Floyd, I eat a lot of garbage but stayed lean without doing one situp.

A guy like Floyd with his genes, work ethic and natural body of an athlete?

Wrong. Not every one's body is the same. A rule that may apply to your body about how much junk food you can eat, doesn't apply to guy the next to you.

Like I said, I can eat any amount of junk food I want for like half a year, straight, and never look like I have a bad diet.

First post that made any sense in this thread.

The main question is whether or not it fits within your caloric needs for the day. So if a guy needs 3500 calories a day to maintain his weight and he's only eaten 3000, then the impact of eating a piece of cake is different to the impact of him eating it if he's already taken in that 3500 calories.

That's true for anything he eats, not just cake. The 'problem' with cake, like most junk food, is twofold.

              (1) The fat content means it's likely to be very calorie dense, i.e. more calories per gram than most other things you could eat, and

              (2) It's loaded with sugar and 'simple' carbohydrates (white flour mainly) that have high glycemic index ratings. This means it raises your blood sugar, which increases the flow of fuel to your muscles. If your muscles don't need that fuel, it gets converted into fat cells.

So no, cake is not necessarily a 'bad' thing. But depending on the individual's overall diet it easily could be.

That's what I do. Try to eat low carb with lots of vegetables during the week, drinking only water. Then just relax and eat and drink whatever I want on the weekends.

So only the kids from "The Hood" look up to him?

Let me own you you real quick. From the Article's transcript:

You're back to fight Juan Manuel Marquez, one of the best Mexican boxers of this generation. What do you expect of your opponent and what do you expect in this fight?
The fight with JMM happened in 2009, thus this article couldn't have been in 2011. I look forward to your retraction for being wrong.
