Berto clearly needs a new trainer... But who?

He's got fast hands, and decent power that gets amplified by said hand speed

With that as his only real starting point, I might have to pick Freddie Roach as his trainer... Him along with Ariza's conditioning... (Hey, he already got caught)

If not Roach (who's clearly declining) than maybe... IDK, i Garcia is a multidimensional trainer... He could find some style to put Berto

But what he needs, footwork, and he needs to learn how to throw a jab

And the absolute best trainer for him just died... RIP Manny Stewart

Anyway who do u guys think

a new trainer is not going to help, he is what he is, fighters changing trainers are only for hype.

he's just not a good boxer. his lack of skills showed tonight.

People need to realize that sometimes a fighter is as good as he'll ever be. Berto is a finished product, what you see is what you get. He's explosive and got heart but not much skill and conditioning but win or lose he's exciting. Just accept it and move on.

He's 29 years old and has no skills at all to work with.

        Nothing can help this guy.

He is too deep into his career to change his style. He is a B level fighter.

i said this a couple years ago. like some have said it may be too late, but at least a new trainer could teach him a proper stance and better balance, maybe some head movement
