Thing is Berto looked pretty lost when they'd go back to the centre of the ring as well. Guerrero found it pretty easy to close and open the distance as he pleased.

broner's defense is over rated. he backs off in a straight line. guerrero would out work broner from the opening bell. i see broner scoring a knock down but guerrero should be able to push back broner onto the ropes with his volume punching. guerrero might win by UD

Broner is way more skilled and smarter then Berto

Berto is not even known for fighting inside, he was forced to fight a style he is not even comfortable with and he was still able to land some good and accurate shots on Guerrero fairly easy

So I respectfully disagree, if I am Broner after watching that tonight I would be tempted to jump to 147 and fight him to be honest, especially if he can get Guerrero to fight inside with him like he was doing against Berto

I think Broner would learn from this fight and know that the uppercut/hook combo would be his bread and butter if the Ghost decides to grind it out... but if the Ghost puts his head on Broner's chest, I don't think he'll be able to use the shoulder roll defense on the inside like he did w/ demarco

Berto just lays on the ropes and eats punches, throws every 15 seconds or so, and not to mention tried a god awful attempt at the shoulder roll in this fight....what the f**k???

Broner is just as fast as Berto, has much better defense, is way more accurate, and can punch as well. It would be a good fight, but Guerrero will fight a Welterweight next, not a Lightweight.

Guerrero vs Maidana/Bradley would be ideal.
