It is not based on who he has fought already, it is based on what he POTENTIALLY CAN DO plus his AGE and him being a very young fighter

If Canelo steps up competition and starts beating guys like Trout, Lara or Vanes, Molina, K9 and clean out his Division then you could also put him in the mix

Yes exactly, although I'd pick someone even less experienced. I'm gonna say Daquan Arnett. He's remind me of what Floyd was like at 135 at 154

you're talking potential that hasn't been tested compared to guys that have been ie. ward/donaire...hell even mares has been tested and has shown to live up to his potential

to me, talking about broner in those terms when he hasn't even fought at a world class level is pretty funny

This decade started in 2010, so it ends in 2019. If you think about it, it's really not too long from here, just 7 years. 7 years fly by QUICK.

We're all quick to mentioning the guys who are hot right now, but what about the guys who are under the radar? Who would have thought in the early 2000s, that Mayweather and Pacquiao were going to be the talked about fighters for FOTD?

Nobody mentioning Timothy Bradley because of his last fight. Saul Alvarez, nobody is mentioning him just because of his current opposition. Yuriorkis Gamboa, who says doesn't have 6-7 years of destruction left in him?

With that said, it's pretty hard to not predict that it could be Andre Ward. It's easy to pick him because of what he's currently doing.

Perhaps not Pacquaio but most people considered Mayweather to become a huge success.

I see what you're saying though and it makes sense.
