Yes, Pac's Team were counting on Marquez being ineffective at the higher weight which was the reason Pac was always pushing the fight to be. Team Pac is now hoping 147 would be to high for Marquez, fortunately Marquez's great skill was something he can always fall back on to adapt to Manny's weight advantages.

I love how "boxingscene experts" underestimate fighters.

Jmm is the much better boxer and it was more apparent in the last fight as Manny lacked the speed to catch Jmm with a punch he did not see. This fight will be a clinic and Jmm may even drop Manny this time via counter.
Pac's main 2 weapons are his speed and conditioning. Against Bradley, Pac's conditioning is not the same anymore, he seems to be tired by the 6th round. His speed is still there but will see if he still has it on the 4th fight.

Let's see what happens. Pac claims his marriage issues were a problem prior to the 3rd fight and his mind wasn't all there. With that said, all 3 fights were close although the 3rd fight was definitely more of a Marquez clearly winning the fight leaving little to no doubt. The KDs in the first 2 fights definitely gave Pac some edges including winning some rounds so those are easily debateable. Now this 4th fight might just turn into a slugfest and who can last the longest within I'd say 3-4 rds of close range fire fights. Either Pac finally goes down from a Marquez juice bomb or Marquez's chin proves roids can't fix something you never had.

Even if he does he won't get the decision.

I think it will be just like the other 3 fights tbh. B4 the last match, 95% of people were certain that JMM wouldn't see 6 rounds against Pac. Now people are talking like Pac is on RJJ's level of decline or something.....not seeing it.

Another close fight, Pac will get the nod again if the fight is close.......the powers that be are still holding out hope that May will grow a pair and face him and another loss for Pac will kill that for ever.

Pac's speed and conditioning becomes less effective against skilled fighters which explains why Pac has always looked ordinary against Marquez. Pac's inability to be impressive against Marquez has nothing to do with Pac slowing down but more to do with Pac's lack of ring IQ and skill.
