Marquez probably has more left than Pac does at this point
the fight all depends on just how shot Pac is
if Pac can still get punches off without tiring it's another close decision
if Pac's gassed everytime he throws 3-4 hard shots, Marquez owns him

shot? how is Pacquiao shot? theres a difference between being shot and past prime. Id say both are passed prime but still better then most fighters out there.

This fight is 50 - 50 at most.

even in dominating Bradley, Pac didn't look so hot
this is the last big fight he has left in him
he's pretty far past it, maybe he can muster 1 more strong outing
but if you're gonna pick somebody, gotta pick Marquez here
if Pac's slipped any further since 6 months ago, he's finished

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that JMM will win this time and probably by KO. Pacman doesn't have the boxing skill or smarts to deal or figure out JMM. Plus JMM is stronger and faster at 39 years old than Pacman is now.

Pac has been slipping since the Clottey fight, even Lou Di Bella said it after the Clottey fight that Pac is aging.

Its interesting that no one was saying that Pacquiao had diminished when he fought Mosley ... only that he couldn't land because Mosley ran all night.

Pacfans all agreed that Pacquiao looked great.

It wasn't until Marquez actually ouboxed him that talk of his speed and power diminishing came about.

So if he were to KO Marquez, would Manny then be "back" to old form?

I see people laying cushion down because they realize now that the hype > reality ever was.

Now all of a sudden, no one expects as much from Pacquiao ... and its somehow understandable why? What beating has Pacquiao really taken? I could see if we were talking about a guy like Gatti, but Pacquiao?

              Come one, man.

Pacman is supposed to lose this fight. He's up against one of the best counterpunchers in the world. Pac is overrated. He couldn't even cut off the ring against an old washed up Mosley. He lost his fight to Bradley and Marquez 3.

What are you people arguing about?

I completely agree with your analysis mate. The only BUT I have when comparing Manny's last couple of fights to the Manny that will show up December 8 is that I really, honestly, believe that he's going back to Ariza's magic supplements in this fight. He's not ******, he knows he won't beat Marquez unless the old Manny (2009) shows up. You can notice it from his team's statements if you know how to read between lines, I've heard Ariza say in the build-up to this fight things along the line of "we need the old manny in order to win this fight and he understands it that's why he has agreed to go back to the methods we were using before"... In my opinion he stopped juicing after the margarito fight in order to give it a try since he knew he would have to take olympic style testing if he fought Floyd.

I so hope this is true. Then the Pacquiao circus will be as good as dead.
