There is no evidence that floyd ever failed any tests. This is a rumor started by some unknown online journalist who has incentive to create controversy in order to get his name out there and get free advertising for himself.

Floyd has passed additional testing above and beyond what is required. Pacquaio has refused all additional testing and has never implemented it in his own fights.

People put all kinds of things in the contract from glove type to ring size ect. All floyd was saying was look, youve jumped a few weight classes and are working with this new guy Ariza, lets prove to everyone everything is on the up and up and floyd himself would be taking the same tests that he asked manny to take and all it was after that was a huge refusal and boatload of excuses as to why Manny cant take extra tests.
