He gave up 9 million to not fight Margarito .... Makes me wonder if the PEDs werent kicked in or not and that was the reason he didnt wanna fight Margarito. Then he retired....Cotto was to fresh and Manny was moving up.....How on earth can he compete....WAIT....PEDs. Take some time off then come back and wanna clean up the sport.
