Why is it that Haye is a "*****" and Dirrell is a "slick, black G"

Dirrell talked about how he's was going to ko froch easy, for months on end, at the weigh in he was saying "ima knock your out boy" "the champ is talking boy" and all this other rubbish about how he was gonna beat froch up and kick his ass

Then he got in the ring, ran, held, fell over, complained and then ran some more

Now granted Haye did the same thing against wlad, but Haye is a cruiserweight and wlad dwarfed him and to be honest, outskilled him too.
Dirrell was bigger, faster and more skilled than Froch and still fought like a coward

So why does Dirrell get a pass?

Dirrell was a green fighter though. That was his first big fight in his pro career and in the UK. Haye on the otherhand had already established himself.

Also, running or not, Dirrell either won that fight or lost a close fight. Haye didn't win a round I don't think.

Dirrell is not a big puncher and was not fighting a weak-chinned fighter.

Dirrell talked **** at the press conference and weigh-in, Haye talked **** for 2 years. He literally talked his way into an undeserved title shot.

Dirrell did enough to win the fight, Haye won a couple rounds.

Nobody cares about Dirrell. People who are in the spotlight get hated on more than people who are less well known, anybody who can't understand this is a moron. Haye talked **** for years, and he had all of England (lol idiots) convinced he was gonna destroy Wlad. The hate he received after getting dominated and then blaming it on his pinky toe was proportional to the hype he created for that fight. There wasn't nearly as much hype for Dirrell-Froch so nobody really cared enough about that fight to hate on Dirrell.

Dirrell definitely beat Froch.

Dirrell beat him to the punch every time and whenever Froch tried to respond Dirrell was moving away. It doesn't look pretty but that doesn't change the fact that Dirrell was landing the cleaner blows throughout the fight and almost KOd Froch in the 10th (or 11th, can't remember). Dirrell was able to hurt Froch in a way no other fighter was able to do. Even the Taylor KD wasn't as bad.

I give Froch a pass for the hip throw that he pulled, but the point deduction was BS considering that Froch was constantly hitting after the break, probably from being frustrated by not being able to land at will on the slick Dirrell.

Froch got a hometown decision. Clear as day.

That being said, he's grown tremendously since then. The Super Six was a great learning experience for him.

He vacated his WBC, WBO, WBA and Ring titles at cruiserweight to move up and win the WBA heavyweight title, and the fight was a unification.

For the record I agree with Earl, I think people's harshness stems from the fact that they hate Haye, the same thing happens to fighters like Mayweather and Khan. I don't even fault Haye for the way he fought in his fight with Wlad, what people see as ''taking a risk'' would in fact be a kamekaze attack. If he threw caution to the wind Wlad would have picked him apart, it was in his best interest to wait for an opening, unfortunately for Haye Wlad boxed cautiously.
