most high caliber writers have an insurance that covers these kind of situations, it can be provided by the company they write for or bought by themselves... i dont think hauser would venture to write this kind of things without considering the possibility of a lawsuit..

He better hope he has something like that, if he is on his own he could be 100% right and he probably wouldn't win.

This was on Al Haymon to notify Golden Boy. Golden Boy wasn't on the contract. It's not VADA's fault they werent.

This is out right ridiculous. Golden Boy effectively blacklisted VADA because they were pissed that their fighters were being caught. If it were about not being alerted early enough, then how come with Berto's case they didn't inform Lou Dibella that Berto had tested positive? Golden Boy was given time to find Lopez as a replacement.

Your argument falls apart about Peterson because with Berto they were given enough time to find a suitable replacement, who in turn ended up making them a lot of money with a big vegas event.

Plus you aren't giving enough weight to any of the mistakes USADA has made.

Since when was Al Haymon the manager of Lamont Peterson? Haymon had nothing to do with the Peterson and Khan fight, since he manages neither! So again, VADA made a bad judgement call and is paying the price for it.

Lou Dibella, I don't think is seen as a priority as far as Al Haymon is concerned. Dibella is getting jerked. Dibella even feels that Berto will be coming back to him, even though Berto has suggested recently that Golden Boy is more or less his long-term new home.

With Berto they handled it completely differently because of Al Haymon's involvement. Al Haymon wasn't going to hide that information from Golden Boy because he knows this is business. He's professional. He informed Golden Boy immediately. Where as Lamont Peterson's camp tried to keep it hush, and VADA had no intentions of stepping in and alerting folks ahead of time. That's the difference.

I think you aren't giving any weight to the mistakes VADA has made. They've even made bad business decisions, let alone the fact they kept results on the hush for more than 3 weeks. And then finally tells the Commission when the fight is a week away.

Point of fact most people who question or questioned Manny don't believe it because someone said so~ they have those questions because Manny blew up the biggest fight in history over drug testing and it is very hard to believe a guy with nothing to hide would do that.

Completely different~ Manny made that mess for himself and could have cleaned up the mess at any time with any sort of better testing, which if you believe what is getting said by Hauser wouldn't have mattered anyways so why did Manny not just take rigged tests and he could have been free and clear.

Completely different. Pacquiao refused testing and that's when people thought Pacquiao had something to hide, nobody paid any attention to Sr until then. This has no facts at all for people to stop and question.

Floydiots still believe Floyd's fake OST is the real Olympic test. Floyd, GBP, Oscar already apologized and paid Pacquiao for the damages they caused.

This Floyd failed 3 tests rumors can be easily put in the right place by suing Hauser. The problem is....they have to release the USADA results and the regarding documents they tried to hide when Pacquiao 's lawyers were asking for it. I doubt Floyd, GBP, USADA will dig their own dung here.
