I said simply tht GBP and the brooklyn arena people, given this was one of the 1st events there, did what they did to not cancel the fight.

My guess: Berto/Ortiz and Khan/Peterson its clear GBP didn't want to risk Khan and Ortiz losing. With Morales, he had no shot to win and is on the way out, combined with the new arena and the fact they had 2 fights already canceled for PED's, they said **** it lets keep this quiet.
I thought the only reason Peterson and Berto got caught is because VADA released the result and didn't keep them private between VADA and GBP?

Now GBP has a deal in place with USADA that keeps them from instantly releasing a failed result to the commissions and public it seems

I could be wrong though as it's the first time I've read this thread since this morning

How can you say that, do GBP now have a working Crystal Ball on them and they can see the future?!! What if Morales knocked Garcia out in the first round, what will you say then??!! OSDT is suppose to prevent irregularities and cheating that will tip the equilibrium unbalanced!!! Now if you say that money matters more than OSDT as what was shown by GBP and the USADA, then they shouldn't be trusted in any future events that requires OSDT as a qualifying factor!!!

he quotes conte, but leaves out conte's repeated opinion "manny uses peds". he leaves out topranks refusal to use any testing.

but thanks for confirming that the "ped mess" isnt all encompassing, its only in and around gbp and its partners. of course...

You're incredibly biased. There are a ton of fighters testing the way Pacquiao has. You only rail on him. Why? Is everyone clean but him?

The article's su****ion comes from GBP's body of testing work. Take away the Floyd rumor and it remains su****ious.

Do you feel every fighter who ever moved up weight classes is su****ious? Or just Manny?
I'm assuming this is the same Gabe Montoya? Got it from maxboxing forum

I gave you my best guess as oi what happened, not a definitive conclusion. I don't disagree with any point you are making. In this instance money mattered more than anything.

Damn, hid two positives A and B samples from Morales, waiting for him to test negative. And it just seems like we'll never truly have a clean sport again. Now doubt hangs over all these fighters and other fights USADA and GBP worked on.

What needs to be made clear is USADA's terms of reference when they are contracted to do testing for a fight. Based on what Hauser has written, there seems to be conditions where USADA can just ignore positive tests, and not even bother to tell the relevant SAC about them.

What were the grounds on which they decided not to act on Morales' failed tests? Did these conditions apply to other fights USADA tested for? If they did, then as a fan I want to see the documentation relating to every fight they have been contracted for. Who knows how many results are tainted?

Well put. The USADA has some explaining to do. They are partly funded by government money, so they will not escape with silence.

                      Definetely investigative journalism.

I wasn't completely in the know regarding the TR-GBP-Hauser situation before, so some points made in this thread have enlightened me for sure.

With that said you can say that Hauser's article is skewed towards his personal friendship with VADA ceo Dr. Goodman, but the points he makes still stand and leaves us as fans in a terrible position.

                      Are we being fooled?
Are there a conspiracy between GBP and USADA?

The articles puts forth so many questions. The most damning about Quillin and Morales. And more.

Phew. I'm mentally spent and exhausted about this.
