When a right handed fighter fights a lefty they tend to step on feet and have head-butts, why is it so difficult for some people to understand that??

I sure will sir. I mean it's a fight you can't be worried about where to step, you have to be alert at your opponents fists coming to knock your head off.

        This is boxing not dancing.

What an idiot you are. Roach even said that the "foot tricks" weren't tricks at all but what happens when a southpaw fights an orthodox fighter. He said that it happens all the time when Manny is sparring. Stop grabbing at straws, brah.

You are exactly right. The pinning of the foot was blatant, occurred about 25 times, and the last round was the most obvious of all.

He wasn't sliding his foot, he was lifting his foot and deliberately placing it. Pacquiao was being pinned there and trying to pull his foot away, whilst flailing his fists around. In the last round he did it so obviosly that he stepped along with MannyP who went backwards, keeping his foot on top for a couple of steps. Have a look. I've watched it about 4-5 times.

Wherever it was the the way around, Pacquiao, as soon as his foot touched Marquez' would move it away.

I know he said this, and I was very surprised since it had been so deliberate. I thought it would be the first on the list of excuses. Just shows that The Roach misses things. Rather like the Klitschkos missing that first punch of Corrie Sanders, which was, when you look at it carefully, accompanied by a very solid head butt, along wiht another one a second later when Klitschko was on his way down. Only a few viewers have caught it.

The only group who brings this issue up are Filipinos.....get over it...it's part of the game.

This is the assumption that I detest amongst boxing fans..plenty of hall of famers are fans of Pacquaio so I guess they don't know anything about boxing too? Hell even Floyd outside of the publicity nonsense has shown Pacquaio his respect, Roger too..but ppl just assume that if you like a brawler there isn't a possibility of being knowledgeable in boxing. I loved leonard, I also loved Duran. Please stop sounding foolish by assuming that one can't like both styles of boxing.
