There's such an unfortunate bias from the president of the World Boxing Council and its extremely detrimental to a person's career when all the media is about those few seconds of Chavez and not the 11&1/2 rounds of Martinez. There's no prestige or glory in protecting a belt the sanctioning body doesn't want you to have.

Martinez didn't hurt Jr.!?!? Martinez FRACTURED Jr.'s Cheekbone and Orbital Bone AND with 1 hand. Imagine if Martinez wouldn't have hurt his hand in the fight? Martinez will recover from knee surgery before Jr. does from face surgery.
