God no. If we're talking resume and career, no way. He's not even in the Top 20 HW's ever. H2H, he's definitely in the Top 10.

But his best wins are Sanders, Adamek, and Peter. There's just no way he's even close. His resume isn't even better than Calzaghe, who's also not an ATG.

Just based on wins, you'd have to say no. But his capabilities rise him to ATG status, just no where near his brother or anywhere near the top 20.

I voted no. I just can't say he is an ATG when he lost to his 2 best opponents, one by quitting, and he ahs no wins against a top 150 HWT. Now his KO percentage is amazing and he has dominated his competition (as he should since its so putrid).

It all comes down to how you rate who he fought.
