what I don't like is going away from being patient and being a counter puncher maybe to try an appeal to the crowd more I guess

I like him better when he is patient and countering, last night I felt he tried to go for "EXCITEMENT"

I feel also that he is being "RUSHED ALONG IN HIS DEVELOPMENT", fans are quick to tell prospects to "Step Up Competition" but when they do it too soon and get their a$$ kicked fans are the first to jump off that fighter Bandwagon

I think Garcia is ready but I am not sure how good he is just yet...Salido is the type of guy his pressure could be costly and rattle and eventually BREAK a young fighter...especially if Mikey Garcia can't hurt him enough to keep Salido off of him

he can hurt salido, especially if he can land with consistency. siri has a good chin, but mikey is a very big puncher.

Nah I don't think so. Garcia fights very smart and is very patient. He will outbox Salido.

Quickest way to get knocked out is to start exchanging. I think Salido will test Garcia's chin, but I think Mikey will pull out a very tough victory.

I also feel he should be more active. He waits for the perfect shot too much. And more variation, go to the head and body.

              1) He did? I didn't feel the excitement. Maybe the crowd did.
              2) Rushed? 31 fights and they're calling Barros a step up.

Rushed is when you throw Dulorme in the same ring as Abregu, that's rushed. Rushed is when you throw ol' boy in the same ring as Darchinyan, that's rushed.

Not gonna lie, I thought he could but I also had my doubts at the same time. Back of my head I thought this was a pretty dangerous fight. Grown ass man with power and experience taking on a kid pretty much.
