WBO Light Heavyweight champion Nathan Cleverly will be making his second trip overseas from the United Kingdom to the United States as he will defend his title against late replacement Shawn Hawk. Cleverly was originally supposed to face Ryan Coyne but due to Coyne’s promotional disputes with Don King not being settled, he was forced to pull out.

This guy never shuts up. You're fighting Ryan Hawke, mate. 'Nuff said. And stop clamouring to fight Hop, the guy's gonna be 48 years old in 2 months. Stinks of opportunism. He should abide by his rematch agreement with Bellew, their fight was VERY close.

Guys need to relax, he's only 25. It's not exactly his fault he's not fought these guys yet.

Cleverly's career going very much like Calzaghe's.

I remember he said similar things at the same stage of his career whilst also defending his paper belt against unranked opposition.

                  Cleverly ain't no star?

Cleverly is weak no footwork arm puncher with no muscle tone. Not a top fighter and poorly trained is Cleverly.
