And that's excuse number 101 for scared a** Lara, doesn't matter what's happening now, Lara didn't want the rematch after the 10th round was over, he kept his mouth shut , he knew he was just exposed by Molina, he didn't want it and that's a fact. Molina's clinches are not as bad as that gay ass Abril, Molina actually goes to work when he's on the inside.
Get off that alt ****.
by the way this thread is about Lara-Vanes-Caperucita Roja, a least Lara has fought Molina, Williams, Brewster etc... wtf Canelos has fought?Last edited by garfios; 11-08-2012, 09:37 AM.Comment

Most people on this site are ignorants, haters and envy Mexican boxers. Canelo a hypejob? Yeah, right. He has a great record, fighting tough Mexicans. No amateur career. Has challenged Williams, Ortiz, defeated Mosley, etc. Chávez Jr a hypejob? He almost koed and badly hurt Martínez without training, the best pound for pound, the one who koed Williams and was robbed in their first match. Williams was a bum then? Cintron? who went the distance but canelo koed him. The real hypejob is Floyd!Comment

Canelo and Chavez Jr. are two different animals.
LOL at people thinking the winner of Vanes-Lara simply dominates Alvarez.
These are competitive fights.Comment

Canelo has fought old opponents or opponents that were already damaged Cintron, Mosley, Baladomir ,Hatton, Alfonso Gomez, N'dou, and Lopez at 154 c'mon. Time for him to fight good opponents in a deep division with talent ... There is Rosado, Kirkland,Baysangurov, Molina, Trout , Martirosyan, and Lara... Even Angulo! Canelo is the WBC champion either he is a marketing tool, or he will have to face the best in the division...A mega fight will be vs. Martinez or Cotto depending on how he looks vs. Trout... Canelo got no business in with Floyd unless they want a pay day!

Dude, im mexican, and I'd be the first to tell u that Chavez is a hype job. He's what, 27? And the only advantage he's had on his opponents is his size. he has poor footwork, no jab, cant use his height advantage, and poor boxer IQ. But I'll give him this, he has heart and a good chin. On the other hand Canelo does have skills, and people are quick to criticize him but the fact is he's still young. And as a ticket seller before his prime, with little amateur exp., he was brought up slowly. He probably should be tested further before fighting the big names but golden boy is not gonna let that happen.Comment

The heart and chin I was referring to Chavez, the only tools he had going for him in his last fight. As far as canelo, IMO, he's been facing the "right" opponents thus far and I believe his time is now to face the Laras and Kirklands of the division but they might just skip those opponents for mega fights. I personally wouldn't mind seeing him fight Cotto.Comment
