I like your point of view, you speak like a true boxing fan. Your not bias at all, you see boxing logic and reason on how it may turner out.Man, people are sleeping on DeMarco and overrating the hell out of Broner on here. I'm a Broner fan, and I personally think this is a 50/50 fight, maybe a slight edge for Broner. DeMarco has already been in some wars, got a tough lesson from Valero (who is hard to judge) and beat a very good boxer in Linares. He's going to bring it, and I'd actually be very shocked if Broner stops him or blows him out the water like some posters here believe. Like another poster here said, Broner will not be the physically imposing fighter here like at 130 and is fighting a tough southpaw, which may or maybe not bring back memories of De Leon.

To people questioning Broner's ability to hold a shot, he has no problems with his chin at all as far as I'm concerned given the fact he took some of Ponce De Leon's best punches and he didn't seem bothered in the least. And De Leon is a big puncher. And that's also when Broner was killing himself making 130. Not to mention, since that De Leon fight, Broner as just seemed to have stepped up his game a few notches and has never looked back. Defensively and offensively he has really improved since then.Comment

I'm not a Broner fan or Demarco fan really at all. Just calling this fight how I see it, I may be wrong, or I may be right, we'll see. I just think Broner is the more talented, superior and well rounded fighter with more of a future, simple as that.
Demarco may be taller, but frame-wise Broner is massive for these weights bro, not to mention Demarco usually operates in the center of the ring and on the back foot, so my guess us team Broner realize this and have constructed a game plan accordingly, I don't think you guys realize how physically strong Broner is. Along with his great timing, speed, defense, reflexes and heavy hands, he is a horrible nightmare of a match up for anyone.
Demarco is a solid fighter, nothing more, nothing less. And, let's be honest here, yes Demarco technically beat Linares, he was being utterly outclassed for the vast majority of the fight, plain and simple. When Demarco has stepped up to "this" level besides the Linares fight, he's not only lost, but lost badly. Just my opinion, but like I said Broner wins and wins dominantly.Comment

DeMarco got a lot of experience in those fights against Valero and Linares - he's seen both power and slick boxing....Broner is real athletic and has power too....This should be real intresting fightComment

Roy Jones was comparing "Karim Mayfield" to Mike Tyson but you'll never hear people crying about thatlol man Max says some wild ish sometimes, I wonder if he really believes it or he just likes to troll. He does tend to flex a lot of boxing knowledge muscle sometimes just for the heck of it, reminds me of a few posters here...
Remember he was calling Paul Williams the modern day Henry Armstrong?
