P4P is about talent; taking away height/weight advantages and making everyone even, then it comes purely down to talent. Wlad is great largely because of his height/weight advantages, without them he wouldn't do very well.

As someone else stated Tyson was once p4p#1 and his era was just as bad.
Plus Martinez is ranked as high as #3 by some people and Middleweight is a bad division as well.

Wach isn't good, that's why.

Wlad has those physical advantages and is good on top of that. However, when we're talking talent and removing physical advantages, Wach is hardly a Mayweather, Ward or Martinez...
