So you don't give much credence to the theory that Margarito used doctored wraps?

Cotto just had to show up

Pacquiao and the doctors won that fight no one else.

The trolls will claim its because "hurr no bricks with plaster, brass knuckles and snake venom, were on his gloves that night "
I agree. A lot had to do with the damage he suffered to his eye from Pacquiao.

After the first fight, Cotto's face looked something out of "ASSAULT IN THE RING". Something wasn't right.

            - as factor of being brutally destroyed and old at age margarito had become terribly shot to ****, could't pull the trigger at all

            - oh and cotto's scary ass made margarito wear bigass 10 oz heavy weight gloves just like the fight with mayweather
You are aware that 10oz gloves are standard for fights starting at 154 lbs correct?

I'll give credit to Steward and Pedro for instilling a back to basics approach after the Pac loss on Cotto. Improving his technique, shoring up some flaws, which they're still working on and putting in a gameplan that is more than just walking through punches. It really was one of his smartest fights he's ever had

Floyds win over Miguel was nothing as Miguel only beat Margarito who was finished by Pac. No disrespect to Miguel i love the guy.

Floyd clearly does less work than any fighter in history to be considered no2 behind Pac and supposedly ahead of Ward, JMM and Sergio and Donaire.
Pac does all the donkey work for Floyd.

I think Cotto won because he did a good job of working on the eye that was permanently damaged by Pacquiao. I think Margarito might have won if he did not have the eye injury going into the fight. I don't believe Margarito used plaster in the first fight although I know many fans think he did.

                      A combination of all four.

I'd also add better stamina from Cotto
