Its hard to say if he actually cheated against Cotto or not. I don't know how much of a difference his hands wrapped with a little plaster would have made. Does Margarito really hit that hard naturally, that's the question I continue to ask my self. It doesn't seem like he has that great of power, but I could be wrong. What I do know is since he got caught with the illegal hand wraps once, there will always be people that question if he used them against Cotto.
