The people thinking this fight is a mismatch said the same thing about Pac vs Oscar and we all know what happened then

Remember when Roach said he saw something in Oscar that let him know that Pac would destroy him?

I think 50 saw the same thing and hes been in camp with floyd more than any of us

I saw it when he fought Cotto, and I still think Cotto won that fight cuz I don't give points for getting hit on the forearms and shoulder

Well if anything at least we're hearing about Gamboa more.
This is a guy who should be a star in boxing. He has power, speed, can KO people and yet he continues to stay on the sidelines.

After the undercard fight I would love to see him compete at 140 with some of the top guys. Or even at 135. Broner vs Gamboa is a fight that HBO or Showtime would love to make.

50 might not get Floyd, but he can get the guy who acts like him.

It's very funny to see the same persons that were so happy about 50 cent + FLOYD now saying that it's ridicolous what 50 has to say, well like i ever said THE FANS OF FLOYD ARE THE MOST ****** AND PARROTS IN THE WORLD!!!

Huge differences. First Oscar was way past his prime, even though he was fighting a much smaller Pacquiao. Floyd is still in his prime.

And if the fight were to happen, it would be at 147. Natural weight for Floyd Mayweather. He won't be weight drained.

I think Fiddy is actually being shrewd, because a fight with Mayweather is a great way to be your promotional enterprises going. He is hoping that Mayweather is so so pissed off at him that he actually might take this fight, to teach him some kind of lesson. He knows well that Gamboa is smaller and at a disadvantage, so that Floyd might give the fight consideration.

Gamboa is the type of fighter Mayweather cherrypicks. A fighter with some talent and name recognition, but who has not fully developed and would be at a disadvantage against him. Mayweather is not going to fight Pacquiao, Canelo or Martinez. If he fights again, it's going to be someone who is along the lines of Gamboa.
