He's tired because he doesn't know how to handle pressure and wastes all his energy with nervousness and too much pointless movement. He has every chance to get off the ropes, out of the corners, take one step off to the side to stop Grachev coming but he moves straight back and to the ropes. That's just his habit by now though. He won't be able to change that in any future fights at this stage. Bit too old for that now.

Great last round. Man, but why wasn't he doing that earlier? That's all he needed to do. Stay in the center, slip Grachev's slow shots and counter, take one step to the side and he has Grachev a sitting duck.

I hope he doesn't take the Froch rematch for his sake. He's clearly declined quite significantly.
