I wouldn't mind anyone of the three, would all be big fights. Action wise, Cotto-Canelo is probably best. But Floyd-Canelo would outearn it and I think risking a loss is not something Canelo will do before he fights Floyd.

Canelo vs Martinez has Trinidad vs Vargas written all over it.
Canelo has exciting moments in the fight but ultimately he gets stopped after 3 or 4 knockdowns with his face possibly disfigured.

When I posted it, I thought meant a top 5 from something more credible like Ring rankings. But I found another article where he specifically mentioned the top five of the WBC. (you're only allowed to defend against the top five in the rankings apparently, which is BS) The only viable guy in the WBC rankings that HBO would accept is Murray so it has to be him. While not a terrible choice, I rather see someone else. Leave the Brits alone already. They've suffered enough recently.Last edited by DoktorSleepless; 11-02-2012, 07:30 PM.

Canelo handed a list with three names - Floyd Mayweather Jr., WBC middleweight champion Sergio Martinez, and former three division beltholder Miguel Cotto.
